- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
Add cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon olive oil, lime juice, Mrs Dash, garlic, onion and dill to a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth, about 1- 2 minutes.
Spoon into a serving bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
