Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon olive oil, lime juice, Mrs Dash, garlic, onion and dill to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth, about 1- 2 minutes.
  • Spoon into a serving bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator

    • Serving Suggestions: Serve with sliced cucumbers, carrots or bell peppers. Pita chips or whole wheat crackers are also great options.
