Ravioli Lasagna

Easy Ravioli Lasagna is the ultimate weeknight dinner hack! Made with frozen cheese ravioli, marinara, and plenty of cheese for a fast, family-friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounce Marinara
  • 20 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese finely grated
  • fresh basil optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce into a 9 x 9 casserole dish.
  • Layer 1/2 of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  • Spoon half of remaining marinara over the ravioli.
  • Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella.
  • Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, marinara, mozzarella and finish with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until pasta is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil and allow to rest about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Make it meaty: Add one pound cooked ground beef or sweet Italian sausage between layers if you like a heartier lasagna.
  • Feed a Crowd: Double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 pan. Add 15-20 minutes to cooking time. 
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 4 days. Reheat in a cover pan over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
