- ¼ cup chipotle sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- ⅓ cup candied jalapenos
- 2 green onions green parts only, sliced - optional garnish
- crackers for serving
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine raspberry preserves, chipotle sauce, granulated garlic, and smoked paprika. Stir until warmed through and smooth.
Place a block of cream cheese in a shallow serving dish or pie plate. If you need to soften it, place in microwave in 15 second intervals.
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly over the cream cheese, pressing it lightly into the cream cheese block.
Pour the warm raspberry chipotle sauce over the cream cheese and bacon.
Add a layer of candied jalapeños on top and garnish with green onion slices.
Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables.
- Storage: Store any leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It’s best served fresh, but you can gently reheat in the microwave if needed.
- Variations:
- Swap raspberry preserves for blackberry or apricot jam for a fun twist.
- Not a fan of spice? Look for mild jalapeños.
- Use whipped cream cheese for a lighter, spreadable version.
