Pizza Dip

Pizza Dip is a creamy dip loaded with melted cheese and all of your favorite pizza toppings. The ultimate party dip to serve with crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • 1 baguette sliced and toasted for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano and salt to a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Spread into a medium-size casserole dish ( my baking dish is 8 1/2 x 11 inches) in an even layer.
  • Top with marinara sauce.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the sauce and top with your favorite toppings: onion, bell peppers, pepperoni and olives.
  • Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly around the edges.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Serve with toasted baguette slices, chips or crackers.

Notes

  • Meat Variations: Add cooked Sweet Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham.
  • Vegetables: Sliced mushrooms, peperoncini, sliced cherry tomatoes or green onions.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
  • Reheat: Cook pizza dip in a non-stick skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.
