Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple frozen chunks
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey

Instructions

  • Add frozen pineapple chunks, orange juice and agave syrup to a blender.
  • Pulse about 10 times and then blend at high speed for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Smoothies can be made ahead and stored in a freezer safe container up to 3 months.
  • Make Popsicles: This pineapple and orange mixture makes delicious popsicles. Pour into molds and freeze overnight.
  • Variations: Substitute 1/2 of the orange juice for milk or vanilla yogurt for a creamy smoothie.
