Peach Salsa

- 3 peaches peeled and diced
- ½ cup red onion diced
- 2 jalapenos small, diced, seeds and membranes removed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped coarseley
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Add diced peaches, onions, jalapenos, garlic and cilantro to a bowl with lime juice, honey and kosher salt.
Mix well and serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Peaches: Fresh peaches work best for this fresh salsa recipe. If using canned or frozen peaches, drain well. The texture will not be as crisp but they will work in a pinch.
- Onion: Substitute chopped green onion if desired.
- Additions: Diced mango, tomatoes or strawberries make great additions to fresh fruit salsas.
- Storage: Store peach salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
