Peach Salsa

Peach Salsa is so easy to make with fresh peaches for a delicious dip or topping for tacos, grilled pork chops and more.

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches peeled and diced
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • 2 jalapenos small, diced, seeds and membranes removed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped coarseley
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add diced peaches, onions, jalapenos, garlic and cilantro to a bowl with lime juice, honey and kosher salt.
  • Mix well and serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Peaches: Fresh peaches work best for this fresh salsa recipe. If using canned or frozen peaches, drain well. The texture will not be as crisp but they will work in a pinch.
  • Onion: Substitute chopped green onion if desired.
  • Additions: Diced mango, tomatoes or strawberries make great additions to fresh fruit salsas.
  • Storage: Store peach salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
