Peach Dumplings
Peach Dumplings are filled with all of the cinnamon goodness of peach cobbler made easily with crescent dough for a delicious dessert that is so easy to make.

- ¾ cup butter salted, 1 1/2 sticks
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 peaches
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent dough
- 12 ounces Sprite
- Sweetened Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream optional for serving
Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt butter in a pan with brown sugar and cinnamon over medium-low heat, stirring until brown sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Peel and slice each peach into 8 slices.
Unroll crescent dough, separating into triangles.
Place one peach slice on each dough triangle and roll up.
Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, place the peach dumplings in a single layer with a little space in between.
Spoon brown sugar mixture over the top of each dumpling.
Pour the can of Sprite around the dumplings.
Bake for 25- 30 minutes or until dumplings are golden brown.
Remove from oven and rest about 10 minutes before serving.
Serve warm dumplings with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
