- 1 cup pickled jalapeno slices
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix or 1 packet
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
Add sour cream and pickled jalapeños to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the blended jalapeño mixture until well combined.
Fold in cilantro.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve or serve immediately.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
Use fresh jalapenos if desired, add 1 tablespoon lime juice to the mixture.
