Jalapeno Ranch

This homemade Jalapeño Ranch is bold, creamy, and packed with flavor! A quick dip or dressing ready in 5 minutes with pickled jalapeños and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pickled jalapeno slices
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix or 1 packet
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Add sour cream and pickled jalapeños to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the blended jalapeño mixture until well combined.
  • Fold in cilantro.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve or serve immediately.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
Use fresh jalapenos if desired, add 1 tablespoon lime juice to the mixture.
