Form ground beef into evenly sized patties and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, granulated garlic, salt and pepper until smooth.
Stir in the sliced jalapeños and mix well.
Heat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and oil lightly if needed.
Sear the burger patties for 1–2 minutes on the first side.
Flip the patties and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the top.
Cook for 2 minutes, then carefully flip the patties again so the cheese side is down. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Flip once more and continue to cook until burgers reach 165° using a digital meat thermometer.
Remove from the griddle and let rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo, mustard or ketchup.
