Italian Pork Chops

Italian Pork Chops are a flavorful dinner for any night of the week! Boneless pork chops coated in zesty Italian dressing and Mediterranean seasonings cook up really quick for an easy meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • ½ cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard or Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Mediterranean seasoning or Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels on both sides. 
  • Pour zesty Italian dressing into a shallow bowl and whisk together with Creole mustard and Mediterranean seasonings. 
  • Dip pork chops into dressing mix, coating both sides. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer. 
  • Use a large tined fork to tenderize well. 
  • Prepare grill to a 350° fire. 
  • Sear pork chops over the fire and turn to sear other side, about 2 minutes on each side. 
  • Move to indirect heat and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 145°, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Remove to a serving plate and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°. 
  • Pan Fry: Cook in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium- high heat, cooking on each side for 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°.
  • Storage: Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
  • Reheat: Cook in an olive oil coated skillet over medium heat until warmed.
