- 1 ounce caramel syrup
- 1 ounce vanilla syrup (recipe in notes)
- 4 ounces milk whole or 2%
- ice
- 3 ounces cold brew coffee
Drizzle caramel sauce into a glass.
Add vanilla syrup and milk.
Add crushed ice and top with cold brew coffee.
Drizzle with additional caramel if desired.
- COLD BREW: Use fresh ground coffee, a coarse ground is easier to strain. Place ground coffee into a container and cover with twice as much cold water. Cover and set aside for at least 12 hours or up to 15 hours.
- Strain coffee ground out of the brewed coffee and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
- Enjoy cold brew coffee over ice or as a specialty iced latte.
VANILLA SYRUP: Combine 1/2 cup boiling water with 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir until combined. Chill before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
