- 2 cans refrigerated Grands Biscuits
- 1 pound ham 1 1/2 inch chunks or slices
- 16 slices cheese pepper jack, smoked gouda or colby jack
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 garlic cloves sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs cilantro, parsley or thyme
Preheat oven to 375°.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Butter a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Remove biscuits from the can and divide the flaker layers of each biscuit into 2 pieces.
Add 1/2 slice of cheese, folded into quarters and a chunk of ham to each biscuit half.
Pinch the biscuit dough together to form a ball.
Place biscuit balls into the buttered pan, seam side down.
Bake for 22- 25 minutes until biscuit dough is baked through.
Make the garlic butter by combining butter and sliced garlic cloves in a small skillet, cook over low heat for 3- 4 minutes.
Remove biscuit bake from oven and brush with garlic butter and garnish with chopped herbs.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
