Ingredients
5avocados
Juice of one lime
⅓cupdiced red onion
¼cupdiced tomatoes
1garlic cloveminced
1teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonground cumin
½teaspoonred pepper flakes
Instructions
Peel avocados and remove seeds, setting one seed aside.
Place avocado in a bowl with lime juice and mash with a fork, leaving a some chunks of avocado.
Stir in red onion, tomato, garlic, salt, cumin and red pepper flakes.
Place avocado seed in center of guacamole.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Guacamole is best served the day it is made. It can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 days.
