- 1 Petit Jean Meats Hickory Smoked Ham 7-9 lbs, spiral sliced
- 10 ounces blackberry all fruit
- 5 ounces chipotle sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Prepare a grill fire to 300°.
Make a foil boat large enough to hold the ham and juices.
Place ham cut side down in the foil boat. Use a sharp knife to score the bottom of the ham in a diamond pattern.
In a bowl, whisk together blackberry all fruit, chipotle sauce, apple cider vinegar and granulated garlic until smooth.
Place the foil boat with ham on the grill over indirect heat. Add pineapple juice into the foil boat around the ham.
Close the grill lid and cook for 20 minutes.
Brush the ham generously with the blackberry chipotle glaze. Continue cooking until glaze caramelizes and ham is heated through, reaching 145° using a digital meat thermometer, about another 20 -30 minutes.
Remove from grill and rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Storage: Leftover ham should be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- Reheating: Warm leftovers gently in the oven or microwave until heated through.
