BBQ Ranch

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup buttermilk substitute scant 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
  • ½ cup bbq sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix or 1 packet

Instructions

  • Add sour cream, buttermilk, bbq sauce, mayonnaise and ranch dressing mix to a medium sized bowl.
  • Whisk together until smooth.
  • Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Thinner Dressing? Add more buttermilk to reach your desired consistency.
Bolder BBQ Flavor? Add a little more BBQ sauce for extra smoky sweetness.
Spicy Option: Mix in a finely chopped chipotle pepper or a bit of adobo sauce.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
