BBQ Chicken Taquitos

BBQ Chicken Taquitos are filled with shredded bbq chicken and cheese and baked until crispy and delicious. Make this a quick meal using leftover or rotisserie chicken.

For BBQ Ranch Dipping Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Place chicken in a bowl with bbq sauce and mix until well combined.
  • Place shredded cheese down the center of each tortilla and top with bbq chicken.
  • Roll the tortillas up and place seam side down on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Brush the tortillas with olive oil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
  • Mix bbq sauce and ranch dressing together in a bowl for dipping.
  • Remove taquitos from oven and serve with bbq ranch.

Notes

Storage: Store leftover taquitos in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat: Place taquitos on a baking sheet and bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
