Bacon Ranch Coleslaw

Bacon Ranch Coleslaw is the ultimate easy side dish for summer BBQs and weeknight dinners. Creamy, crunchy, and loaded with ranch flavor and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 ounces slaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 4 green onions sliced

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crispy in a pan or in the oven, drain on paper towels. Crumble or coarsely chop.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, buttermilk and ranch dressing mix.
  • Whisk until well combined.
  • Add slaw mix, green onions and pepper, mix well.
  • Stir in bacon if serving immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add bacon just before serving.

Notes

Variations:
Add shredded cheddar cheese and sliced jalapenos for a new twist.
Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 2 days.
