Divide the pizza dough into 8 pieces.
Roll each dough into about a 5 - 6 inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
Top each dough with about a tablespoon of pizza sauce, spreading it evenly but not all the way to the edges.
Add shredded mozzarella, ham, pineapple and bell peppers.
Fold the dough over to form a half- moon shape.
Use a fork to crimp the edges to seal.
Pierce the top of each calzone with a fork for vent holes.
Cook the calzones 2- 3 at a time with space between at 400° for about 6 minutes.
Flip the calzones and cook another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to a wire rack lined baking sheet.
Melt butter together with granulated garlic and oregano.
Brush the garlic butter over cooked calzones.
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
