Ingredients
- 16 ounces cremini mushrooms or white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 yellow onion sliced thin
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme plus more for garnish
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
