  • Petit Jean Bologna – it’s made with bacon!
  • Whipped cream cheese – softened cream cheese works too.
  • Whole dill pickles or sweet pickles
  • Seasoning salt (optional for extra flavor) We used our Out Grilling SPG Seasoning

How to Make Bologna Pickle Roll Ups

  1. Use a paper towel to pat bologna and pickles dry to help the cream cheese to stick.
  2. Spread cream cheese over each slice of bologna.
  1. Place a pickle in the center of the bologna slice.Roll it up tightly around the pickle.
  2. Slice into bite-sized pieces or enjoy whole.
