How to Make Peach Oatmeal Bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients. In a large bowl, stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add butter and egg. Mix in softened butter and egg until well combined and crumbly. The mixture should hold together when pressed.

  2. Spread the filling. Evenly spread peach preserves over the crust layer.
