How to Make Jalapeno Popper Burgers on Blackstone Griddle

  1. Form ground beef into evenly sized patties and set aside.
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, granulated garlic, salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Stir in the sliced jalapeños and mix well.
  1. Heat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and oil lightly if needed.
  2. Sear the burger patties for 1–2 minutes on the first side.
  3. Flip the patties and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the top.
  1. Cook for 2 minutes, then carefully flip the patties again so the cheese side is down. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  2. Flip once more and continue to cook until burgers reach 165° using a digital meat thermometer.
