Italian Pork Chops
Italian Pork Chops are a flavorful dinner for any night of the week! Boneless pork chops coated in zesty and Mediterranean seasonings cook up really quick for an easy meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients Needed for Italian Pork Chops
- Boneless Pork Chops
- Zesty Italian Dressing – Homemade or your favorite brand
- Creole Mustard or Dijon Mustard
- Mediterranean seasoning or Italian Seasoning Blend2
How to Make Italian Pork Chops
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels on both sides.
- Pour zesty Italian dressing into a shallow bowl and mix with Creole mustard and Mediterranean seasonings.
- Dip pork chops into dressing mix and coat both sides and place on a baking sheet.
- Tenderize with a large tined fork.
- Prepare grill to about 350° fire.
- Sear pork chops over the fire and turn to sear other side, about 2 minutes on each side. Move to indirect heat and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 145°, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

- Pan Fry: Cook in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium- high heat, cooking on each side for 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°.
- Storage: Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
- Reheat: Cook in an olive oil coated skillet over medium heat until warmed.

These look really good but I don’t know what Creole Mustard is or what Mediterranean seasoning you would have used to get the same result. Could you please tell me the specifics? Thanks

Creole mustard is found in the grocery isle near the regular yellow mustard, it’s a whole grain mustard similar to brown mustard in flavor. For Mediterranean seasoning you can just substitute Italian Seasoning blend.

Here’s a variation to your recipe you recipe you might like:
We used Dijon mustard and Italian blend seasoning; and used it in place of the usual egg mixture before dipping in breadcrumb mixture and baking. Best of 2 recipes – was mmm! mmm! good!
