Ingredients Needed for Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

  • Cooked Chicken: We are using leftover grilled chicken, rotisserie chicken works great too.
  • Cooked and Crumbled Bacon: Oven Baked Bacon is so easy to make!
  • Cream Cheese: Softened
  • Sour Cream: Substitute Greek Yogurt for fewer calories
  • Better than Boullion – Chicken Flavor: Chicken bullion works too.
  • Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • Granulated Garlic
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Frozen Mixed Vegetables: Use any combo that you prefer, we are using green beans, corn and peas.
  • Cheddar Cheese: Pepper Jack Cheese, Mozzarella or Smoked Gouda Cheese are great options.
  • Frozen Tater Tots
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley

How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

  1. Chop chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside.
  2. Crumble cooked bacon and set aside.
  3. Add cream cheese, chicken bullion, garlic, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

  1. Add chicken and frozen mixed vegetables, folding into the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Pour into a casserole dish or baking dish and spread evenly.

  2. Add tater tots in a single layer. Spray or brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake until filling is hot and tater tots are golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken cooked and chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Better than Boullion chicken
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic

  • 10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 28 ounces frozen tater tots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
