Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 ½ tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 ounces slaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
- 4 green onions sliced
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy in a pan or in the oven, drain on paper towels. Crumble or coarsely chop.
- In a large mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, buttermilk and ranch dressing mix.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Add slaw mix, green onions and pepper, mix well.
