  • Chex Cereal – Rice Chex, corn chex or a mixture
  • Mini Pretzel Twists or pretzel sticks
  • White Chocolate Melts: vanilla almond bark or white chocolate chips
  • Pastel-colored M&M’s
  • Robin’s Eggs candies

Step-by-Step Instructions for Easter Snack Mix

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sprinkle Chex cereal and mini pretzels over the baking sheet. Add one package of m&ms.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a small non-stick pan or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour melted white chocolate over cereal and pretzel mixture. Gently stir using 2 spoons until completely coated.
  5. Spread in mixture in an even layer and set aside until completely cooled, about 15 minutes.
